Our "typical" American food regimen has strand so far away from the diet of ancient man that it is not even recognizable. Which means that our immune system is remarkably weakened, our energy is diminished, and we are more prone to taking on fat. But when you have elevated alkaline levels, I can individually attest to feeling more energized, losing weight, and being healthier.


How to know if you are alkaline or not?


Well, this is actually fairly easy to test. All you have to do is get one of those pH stripes and use your saliva to tell if you are alkaline or acid. Another key indicator is if you just feel weary and sleepy.


How Can I Become Alkaline?


You can become alkaline by what you eat. So, the more alkaline foods you eat the better. The food group that yields the greatest amount of alkaline are the vegetables.
